This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Umm Al Quwain. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front office operations, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling general inquiries. Additional duties may include performing basic clerical tasks, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including greeting clients, answering calls, and managing a front desk
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
  • Graduation or diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
