Responsibilities

• Deliver the structured onboarding training program for new real estate agents.
• Conduct minimum one-week onboarding and ongoing monthly training sessions.
• Assess knowledge and performance gaps; provide targeted coaching.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and development progress.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, HR, and Management on development needs.
