Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle fresh leads daily and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and online consultations.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
  • Guide, train, and motivate junior team members.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.

Requirements
