KULM Exclusive Properties is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Abu Dhabi real estate market, knows how to identify strong brokers, and can separate top performers from average candidates.

What you’ll do:

• Source and attract experienced real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct first-stage interviews and professional screenings
• Evaluate candidates’ sales skills, market knowledge, and reliability
• Filter and shortlist high-quality profiles
• Prepare clear, structured evaluation reports for management
• Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline

What we’re looking for:

• Proven recruitment experience in real estate
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and broker KPIs
• Fluent English is required, Arabic is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and assessment skills
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
