• Intermediate negotiation process, consult client on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• Maintain and update listing of availability.
• Promote sales and listing services.
• Reman knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

• Chinese Nationality is highly required.
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
