Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Agent who will specialize in both off‑plan projects and secondary market (resale) properties. This dynamic role involves working closely with investors and end‑users, helping them secure the best opportunities in Dubai’s booming real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Off‑Plan: Promote and sell off‑plan properties from leading Dubai developers; advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends; attend project launches, conduct presentations, and represent the company at real‑estate events; collaborate closely with developer sales teams.
  • Secondary Market: Buy, sell, and lease resale properties across Dubai; guide clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities; conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage contracts; build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • General: Generate and manage leads through marketing, referrals, digital outreach, and networking; maintain accurate client and lead records through the CRM platform; achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
