Job description

We are seeking a driven, polished, and results-oriented Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in either off-plan (developer sales) or the secondary market, with at least 1 year of direct Dubai experience and a minimum of 3 closed deals (proof required).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries and actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct professional property viewings and deliver expert consultations.
  • Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes in both off-plan and / or secondary markets.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional after-sales service.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • At least 3 closed deals (proof required).
  • Background in off-plan and / or secondary market transactions.
  • Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid Driving License is mandatory; own car is highly preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
