- Property showings:Schedule and host property viewings and open houses for potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiations:Present purchase offers, mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, and prepare offer and purchase agreements.
- Documentation and closing:Prepare and review real estate documents, such as purchase contracts and leases, and assist clients through the closing process.
- Client management:Build and maintain a database of clients and property listings, and nurture relationships through exceptional service and networking.
- Continuous learning:Stay up-to-date on local market conditions, zoning laws, and real estate regulations.
