About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our real estate agents, helping ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize property listings and company database.
  • Prepare and maintain real estate documents, contracts, and forms.
  • Coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and agent schedules.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support marketing efforts — upload listings, create brochures, and manage social media posts.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and market analyses.
  • Liaise with clients, developers, and government authorities for documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, ideally in real estate or property management portals (PropertyFinder/Bayut/Dubizzle).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA regulations (preferred).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
