Job summary

Aqary Real Estate Investment And Development in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front-End Engineer to design, build, and scale web applications from the ground up using React.js and Next.js.

You will contribute to front-end architecture, create reusable components and design systems, integrate REST APIs, and ensure performance and a great user experience across dashboards, portals, and SaaS applications.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in front-end development across modern frameworks.
• Advanced hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Proven experience building applications and products from scratch.
• Strong experience building reusable components and component libraries.
• Deep understanding of component architecture, composition, and reusability.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, custom hooks, and state management.
• Experience designing front-end architecture for large and scalable applications.
• Strong experience with Next.js App Router and Server/Client components.
• Practical understanding of SSR, SSG, routing, and middleware.
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience with Authentication, Authorization, and RBAC.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong understanding of web performance and optimization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building production-grade front-end applications.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build web applications and products from the ground up using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and build scalable Front-End Architecture.
• Create reusable components and libraries from scratch.
• Develop complex, reusable front-end components.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Create reusable custom hooks, utilities, and front-end solutions.
• Improve existing applications and systems.
• Transform ideas and UI/UX designs into production-ready applications.
• Build dashboards, portals, SaaS applications, and data-driven interfaces.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
• Manage application state, data, caching, and asynchronous operations.
• Improve performance, scalability, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Apply code splitting, lazy loading, and caching where appropriate.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
