Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Yellow Plant / on-track plant management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and equipment availability.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Yellow Plant operations and equipment for railway project activities.
• Ensure high plant availability, productivity and reliability.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with construction, trackwork, engineering and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset information.
• Liaise with suppliers and OEMs for spare parts and service.
• Analyze equipment failures and drive improvements to reduce downtime.
