Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Railway or similar project.
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is preferred.
• Proficient in cost management tools and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Review and verify contractors' claims and progress payments.
• Evaluate contractors’ claims, variations, and payment applications.
