Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in railway or critical infrastructure telecom systems.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Valid certifications in fiber optics or Cisco networking are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the telecom team.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs on railway telecom systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and telecom standards.

Skills

Knowledge of GSM-R systems and protocols

Experience with fiber optic splicing and troubleshooting
