Job summary

REMAYA is seeking a Radar and Telemetry Lead to plan, design, and manage remote sensing solutions supporting tests at the Range and off-site operations. You will oversee tracking radar, EO trackers, telemetry, and flight termination systems to ensure data integrity and test quality.

You will lead engineers and technicians, develop test procedures, and coordinate resources across multi-domain campaigns, contributing to continuous improvements and equipment lifecycle management in a high-stakes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in radar systems, telemetry, and test instrumentation, with leadership.
• Strong expertise in tracking radars, electro‑optical systems, telemetry systems, and flight termination systems.
• Proven ability to design test setups, procedures, and data capture strategies in complex test environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage remote sensing solutions for tests at the Range and off-site operations.
• Oversee tracking radar, EO tracking, telemetry, and flight termination systems for data integrity.
• Lead test engineers and technicians in developing test reports and data formatting.
• Coordinate remote sensing resources during multi-domain test campaigns.
• Develop sensor coverage maps and data quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and training for remote sensing teams.
