A global engineering services firm is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (Pre Contract) to work on projects in the UAE. Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, have at least 6 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Cost X software. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, cost planning, and preparing Bills of Quantities. Pre Contract
Feasibility studies, concept, schematic, and detailed design cost planning and estimating. Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Pre-Tender Estimates. Value engineering, monthly cost reports, tender services including the preparation of Instructions to Tenderers, Appendix to Tender, Particular Conditions, tender analysis, negotiations, and recommendations. Contract document preparation, attendance at design and commercial meetings, and other related activities.
