Job summary

A leading quantity surveying firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in pre-contract quantity surveying, strong skills in quantity take-offs, and cost estimation using PlanSwift. Responsibilities include analyzing project drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards. Immediate availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Analyze project drawings specifications and design documents to determine material and labor requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents bills of quantities and pricing submissions.

Key Qualifications:
