We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing cycle of our road projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role is crucial in maintaining seamless coordination with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the invoicing road projects, including guardrails, gantries, road marking, signages, and other road accessories.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any financial discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Ensure all financial practices are compliant with local regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to verify project progress and cost management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
