Job summary

Protect Middle East LLC is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will take measurements, verify accuracy, coordinate with the site team, and support invoicing and post-contract activities.

You will study client drawings for the project, produce accurate site measurements, track material deliveries, calculate wastage and production reports, and ensure client approvals are obtained for site measurements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take and verify measurements accurately.
• Ability to coordinate joint measurements with site team.
• Assist in submitting measurements for invoicing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take all measurements and verify accuracy.
• Coordinate joint measurements with site team.
• Submit measurements to Projects Manager for invoicing.
• Study client drawings for the project.
• Record site measurements for progress invoicing.
• Track materials delivered to site.
• Calculate wastage and production reports.
