Qualifications

• 3+ years in prop shop, crypto market making, hedge fund or investment bank.
• Strong production-grade Python skills and deep market microstructure knowledge.
• Experience building data pipelines and backtesting with live/history on-chain data.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute systematic market-making strategies for institutional stablecoins and RWAs.
• Analyze on-chain market microstructure to minimize execution slippage for sovereign and institutional participants.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines in Python to backtest strategies using live and historical data.
