Job summary

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) seeks a Quantitative Developer in Dubai to work directly with Researchers and Portfolio Managers, enhancing our research platform and delivering scalable tools in a fast-evolving environment.

You will automate data preparation, build and support quantitative trading frameworks, and industrialize strategies, while promoting best practices and strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritising projects and collaborating in a team.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to high code quality and best practices.
• Experience in finance or machine learning is advantageous.
