Job summary

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of mathematicians, physicists, computer scientists, statisticians, and engineers, collaborating to push the boundaries of systematic investing.

Your work spans forming hypotheses on large datasets, building models and signals, and translating research into production trading systems with robust monitoring and scalable deployment.

Qualifications

• Education preference: advanced STEM degree; bachelor may be considered with exceptional track record.
• Experience: across all levels; show what you built and learned.
• Skills: quantitative research, statistical modeling, software engineering, distributed systems, data engineering, or ML.
• Attributes: intellectual curiosity, ownership, low ego, bias for action; love peer review and fast feedback.
• Domain Knowledge: no prior investment or finance experience required; we hire for talent.

Responsibilities
