Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in quality management and sustainability roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Experience implementing and managing quality management systems and sustainability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and project management.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable business practices and implementation in corporate settings.
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation related to quality, food safety and sustainability.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
