Overview

BG Global HR is recruiting for a Quality Supervisor for a leading packaging manufacturing company in Dubai UAE. The company specializes in perfume pumps and aerosol valve packaging solutions and supports global customers with high-quality compliant products. The Quality Supervisor will support the Quality Manager in ensuring day‑to‑day quality control inspection and compliance across manufacturing operations.

Role Focus

The role is hands‑on and focused on incoming in‑process and final inspections, documentation, non‑conformance management and continuous improvement ensuring products consistently meet defined specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming material inspections for raw materials components and outsourced parts against approved specifications, drawings and purchase orders. Document non‑conformances and support corrective actions.
  • Conduct in‑process inspections at key stages of manufacturing (molding, assembly, testing) to ensure compliance with quality standards, process parameters and work instructions.
  • Carry out final product inspections including visual, dimensional and functional checks to verify conformity with product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Utilize inspection and testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators, force gauges and leak testers to accurately measure and validate product attributes.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation including inspection records, test reports, non‑conformance reports and quality logs in line with QMS requirements.
  • Identify segregate and control non‑conforming materials or products and assist in root cause analysis and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure all inspection and testing equipment is calibrated, traceable and in proper working condition.
  • Support compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001), internal procedures, industry standards and customer‑specific requirements.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving process consistency and enhancing product reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with production engineering, R&D and quality teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall manufacturing performance.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and quality policies at all times.
