Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the design and application of the Quality Monitoring System across the group. You will define quality specifications for all systems, promote high quality performance, and drive continuous improvement within a mid-sized international organization in Sharjah.

The role requires at least five years in a managerial QM role, a background in mechanical or electronic design, and experience with ERP and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial QM role.
• Experience in non-standard production/assembly lines.
• Background in design of mechanical or electronic devices.
