Your Job

As a Quality Engineer at Guardian Glass, you will support maintaining quality standards and help improve processes to ensure our products meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with different teams to learn and apply quality tools that help maintain our reputation for product excellence. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those with basic knowledge of manufacturing who want to build a career in quality management.

What You Will Do
  • Support the Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Help identify and solve quality issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in continuous improvement projects to make production processes better and more efficient.
  • Learn and apply basic quality control procedures such as checking product samples and monitoring production.
  • Collect and analyse simple quality data to help prevent defects.
  • Support supplier quality checks by reviewing material documents and helping resolve quality concerns.
  • Assist in training production operators on quality standards and procedures.
  • Work with customer service teams to address customer feedback and complaints.
  • Help prepare reports and follow up on customer inquiries related to product quality.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and interest in quality management.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quality tools and techniques.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Internship or project experience related to manufacturing or quality.
  • Familiarity with basic quality concepts such as inspections or data recording.
  • Any certifications or training in quality (e.g., basic Six Sigma or quality courses) are a plus but not required.
