EDGE is seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead the SHEQ team and oversee quality control across manufacturing operations. You will ensure processes and finished products meet technical specs and inspection requirements while guiding inspectors and driving improvements.

The role involves supervising QC Inspectors, reviewing test results, and coordinating with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising quality inspection teams.
• Strong knowledge of in-process and final inspections.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specs.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily QC activities across production operations.
• Oversee in-process and final product inspections to ensure specs.
• Lead QC Inspectors and ensure accurate inspection practices.
• Monitor product quality and identify non-conformities.
• Review inspection reports and quality documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production/Eng Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments.
• Maintain conformity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
• Promote workplace safety and compliance with HSE rules.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce defects.
