Job summary

Proxym Middle East is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join its Dubai team. You will plan and execute software testing activities in an agile environment, ensuring high-quality applications for financial institutions and public/private sectors.

Responsibilities include designing test cases, tracking defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and continuously improving QA practices. A Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of testing experience and ISTQB-FL are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Test Rail, or TFS.
• Hands-on experience with Appium and Java.
• Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Performance testing with JMeter.
• Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
• ISTQB Foundation Level (ISTQB-FL) certification is required.
