Qualifications

• Extensive experience (15 years) in residential projects is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of residential developments, including regulations and best practices in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience of producing and meeting requirements of Inspection and Test Plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
• Prepare and submit a comprehensive Quality Control Manual for client's approval.
• Conduct regular audits of the Construction Supervision Consultant's QA/QC systems.
