The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of internal audit experience within large banks in the GCC, including at least 3 years in Quality Assurance. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of internal audit experience within a large bank in the GCC.
• At least 3 years of direct Quality Assurance responsibilities within an internal audit function.
• Deep understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP).
• Conduct periodic quality assessments of audit processes.
• Identify areas for enhancement and efficiency improvement within the audit function.
• Ensure objectivity, accuracy, and consistency in audit reports and documentation.
• Lead internal and external quality assurance reviews.
• Provide training and coaching to internal audit staff.
