Job Title: Full-Time Nanny Abu Dhabi

Start Date: mid August (but flexible for ideal candidate)

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Contract Type: Permanent (Minimum 1 year ideally longer)

A warm and welcoming family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a kind professional experienced and qualified nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. The role involves caring for two boys aged nearly 6 and 3 years old with a focus on their development education and well-being. This is a shared-care position working alongside an engaged and hands-on mother and supported by an assistant nanny when both children are at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage the children in age-appropriate stimulating activities that promote their learning and development.
  • Support the eldest child with school-related tasks including reading and basic maths.
  • Take full responsibility for the school run and transport to/from after-school activities.
  • Oversee daily routines including mealtimes, bath time and bedtime.
  • Plan and implement developmental activities for the youngest child during morning hours as he is not yet in school.
  • Collaborate with the assistant nanny when needed.
  • Maintain consistent boundaries in a respectful and nurturing manner.
Household Notes
  • Fully staffed household, no housekeeping or domestic duties required.
  • Shared care role with the mother.
Schedule & Compensation

Option 1:

  • Schedule: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week
  • Salary: 1200 per week clear

Option 2: (if preferred)

  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Salary: 1100 per week clear
