Job summary

Water Seal Interiors is seeking a skilled QS Cum Estimator in Sharjah to join the team. The candidate should possess strong experience in quantity surveying and estimation within interior fitout and joinery projects.

The successful candidate will prepare estimates, perform take-offs, review drawings and specifications, and produce quotations, BOQs, and estimation reports while coordinating with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to manage costs effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Designing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fitout & Joinery Estimation / Quantity Surveying.
• Strong understanding of fitout and joinery projects.
• Ability to analyze drawings, quantities, and project specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Core expertise includes: Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, BOQ Preparation, Interior Fitout & Joinery Projects.
