Role Overview

Orbit ISS is seeking an experienced QC Inspector (Insulation) to join our team focusing on commissioning activities for Oil & Gas and Energy projects. The candidate will ensure all insulation works are properly inspected and verified during commissioning meeting project specifications industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect insulation materials, application methods, cladding and weatherproofing during commissioning.
• Verify compliance of insulation works with drawings, ITPs and technical specifications.
• Monitor insulation for piping, equipment, tanks and HVAC ducting during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Identify and report non-conformances, ensuring follow-up on corrective actions before handover.
• Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, QC Engineering and Client/Third-Party Inspectors.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection and commissioning documentation.
• Support final handover of insulated systems to operations ensuring all standards are met.
