Responsibilities

• - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures and standards.
• - Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• - Identify quality issues and provide solutions to improve product and process quality.
• - Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• - Prepare and review quality documentation including reports, non-conformance reports, and inspection plans.
• - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• - Participate in audits and assist with corrective action implementations when necessary.
• - Conduct training sessions related to quality standards and procedures to enhance team awareness.
• - Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• - Minimum of 3 years experience in QA QC roles within the oil and gas industry.
• - Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO, API).
• - Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.
• - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• - Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil and gas sector.
