Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a proactive QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control on construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience within the UAE construction industry. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification and a valid UAE Driving License are mandatory. The role includes developing QA/QC plans, managing inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE construction industry.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSMS 45001 is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Review and approve method statements and material submissions.
• Coordinate and manage inspections with clients and authorities.
• Lead the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
