Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority seeks a QA leader to ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of digital licensing systems. You will guide evaluation, testing, and post-launch monitoring to drive reliability, security, and performance in line with governance strategies.

Responsibilities include leading QA frameworks, coordinating UAT, and ensuring system integrity across licensing channels, with a primary focus on UAE-based deployment and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years for Master’s degree, 5+ years for Bachelor’s degree in QA/testing.
• Experience with licensing systems and QA governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of QA frameworks and testing standards for licensing systems.
• Oversee UAT processes with stakeholders and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Coordinate data for integration checks and ensure compliance with policies.
• Review defect reports, coordinate with tech teams to address root causes, and validate fixes.
• Monitor post-deployment system behavior and ensure continuous operation.
