The ideal candidate will possess certifications as an ISO Lead Auditor and Assessor for National/International Excellence Awards. Responsibilities include conducting audits, facilitating self-assessments, and developing improvement plans in a collaborative environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing methodologies for participation in Excellence Awards.
• Ability to plan and facilitate organizational self-assessment sessions.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Assurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement methodologies for internal and external Excellence Awards.
• Plan organizational self-assessment sessions and develop improvement plans.
• Manage Excellence Award submissions and coordinate across divisions.
• Organize and manage Internal Excellence Awards and related plans.
• Conduct audits and provide progress reports to management.
