Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Senior QA Automation / Test Engineer with strong Java, Spring Boot and React JS skills. The role involves implementing Test Pyramid, Shift-Left testing, and building high-quality unit, component and contract tests across web and mobile apps.

The candidate will develop automation using Playwright, iOS Automation and Espresso, implement OpenAPI specs tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.
• Experience delivering unit, component and contract tests.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, QMetry or Xray.

Responsibilities

• Implement Test Pyramid and Shift-Left Testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain unit, component, and contract tests for applications.
• Create tests using Pact Flow or OpenAPI specs for iOS and Android apps.
• Develop and maintain automation with Playwright, iOS Automation, and Espresso.
• Create and review Java unit/component tests with JUnit.
• Perform unit/compoent testing for React JS apps.
• Configure and optimize SonarCloud for test and code scanning.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines and Jenkinsfiles.
• Work with Git, GitLab and YAML scripting.
• Support Java and Spring Boot development activities.
• Apply QA principles and differentiate unit vs. component vs. contract testing.
• Work with test management tools such as QMetry, Xray, and JIRA.
• Design and enhance advanced automation frameworks.
