Role Summary

The Purchasing Executive will manage the procurement cycle in the Aluminum & Glass industry, including sourcing, negotiation, and timely delivery of materials. This is an executive-level position, not managerial, focused on operational procurement tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for aluminum profiles, glass, ACP panels, fittings, and façade accessories.
• Issue and manage RFQs / purchase orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain supplier database and ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and ensure material availability for projects.
• Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and logistics for imported materials.
• Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Work with engineering, design, and project management teams to align material specifications, delivery timelines, and project priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in procurement within the Aluminum, Glass, or Construction industry inside the UAE.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of aluminum systems, glass types, façade materials, and accessories.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities; ability to multitask and work under pressure.
