You will manage inventory records, conduct stock checks, and work closely with finance on cost reporting. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality, proven Oracle proficiency, and strong communication skills. As our Purchasing & Cost Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting stock management and cost control activities, from verifying delivery notes to conducting daily inventory checks. Working closely with the Finance and Operations teams, you will play a key role in monitoring food and beverage costs, analysing stock movements, and ensuring accurate inventory levels while actively contributing to cost optimisation across our operations.
