Key Responsibilities
  • Actively source, prospect, and secure new clients for property sales and leasing.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners (B2B & B2C).
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding property investment opportunities.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, site visits, and follow-up meetings.
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare accurate documentation, contracts, and reports.
