Qualifications

• UAE driving license preferred.
• Client‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and proactive.

• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends to offer accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and coordinate viewings
• Create and manage listings for sales and rental properties
• Negotiate terms on behalf of clients and secure the best outcomes
• Prepare and review documentation, ensuring full legal compliance
• Manage the signing process through to deal closure
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, owners, and industry partners

What We're Looking For

• UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
• Professional, client‑focused approach
• Fluent English; additional languages a strong advantage
