Job Title: Projects Engineer

Role Overview:

For our client- Dubai Government entity we are seeking a detail-oriented Projects Engineer to support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring quality, scope control, risk management, and compliance with safety and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will actively monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and contribute to timely project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support QA/QC processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Control project scope and prevent scope creep through contract compliance
• Assist in risk management and mitigation planning
• Review and approve contractor and consultant staffing and qualifications
• Attend progress meetings and monitor contractor performance
• Ensure site safety procedures and PPE compliance
• Manage site security via gate pass approvals
• Follow up on project closeout documentation including as-built drawings and warranties
• Coordinate the timely acquisition of NOCs and permits

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering (Control Systems) or related field; Masters preferred
• 3-6+ years of experience in project management, construction, or engineering roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management principles and certifications preferred
