Job summary

A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a competent Site Secretary cum Document Controller with 3–5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, ensure compliance with procedures, and provide administrative support to facilitate smooth project operations. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office, capable of working under pressure. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and efficient communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in a UAE contracting/construction company.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update all project documents.
  • Ensure accurate filing and compliance with procedures.
  • Coordinate with engineers and clients for approvals.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients for submissions and approvals.
  • Follow up on pending documents and maintain updated logs and tracking sheets.
  • Assist with meeting minutes, transmittals, letters, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support QA/QC requirements, archiving, and project close‑out documentation.

  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients for submissions and approvals.
  • Follow up on pending documents and maintain updated logs and tracking sheets.
  • Assist with meeting minutes, transmittals, letters, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support QA/QC requirements, archiving, and project close‑out documentation.
