The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Planning Engineer to join our this role you will be providing expert planning guidance to project teams within the PGGI 2226 unit supporting the successful execution of EP and EPC projects. Act as a key advisor in aligning project timelines deliverables and re-source planning with business and client expectations. You will be combining strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail to ensure robust planning frameworks are in place from contract award through to project handover. Anticipate challenges and proactively support the team in navigating complex project dynamics. You will Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving across Engineering Procurement Construction and Project management functions. Your background

• A bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in EP and EPC projects particularly in greenfield and brownfield developments across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Expert level knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
• PMI‑SP or PMP certified
• A strong background in project controls and resource planning with a proven track record of working on large‑scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with tools like Primavera P6 MS Project and Power BI is essential.
• Experience in working with cross‑functional teams and multicultural environments is highly valued.
• Proactive Self‑Motivated Flexible.
• Quick to learn and execute.
• Experience in Microsoft office and tools.
• Knowledge of DMS ACC etc
• Ability to collaborate and work together with different stakeholders
