Job summary

EDGE, based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Senior Specialist Project Planner through Beacon Red to own and maintain complex project schedules across multi-disciplinary teams. You will coordinate with senior project managers, engineers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery through the full project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 4–7 years’ experience in project planning/scheduling, ideally in defence, aerospace, C4ISR, or other mission-critical environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (building, baselining and updating complex schedules).
• Good understanding of project management concepts (WBS, critical path, dependencies, baselines, earned value is a plus).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with data and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to work with multidisciplinary and international teams.

About The Role

Beacon Red is seeking for an Senior Specialist Project Planner. In this role, you will be the owner of the project schedule – building, maintaining and updating detailed plans, tracking progress against key milestones, and ensuring that complex, multi‑disciplinary projects are delivered on time. You will work closely with Senior Project Managers, engineers and wider stakeholders to coordinate tasks, resources and dependencies across the full project lifecycle.
