Salary: 1400 AED per month

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple projects.
• Provide direction, support, and communication to team members throughout the duration of each project.
• Monitor progress against the project timeline and budget to ensure successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
• Identify risks associated with the project and develop plans to address them.
• Develop strategies for overcoming challenges associated with projects.
• Track progress of each project and report status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their expectations are being met or exceeded by the project outcomes.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards prior to release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Project Management or Business Administration is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines is required.
• Proven track record of successful completion of complex projects on time and on budget is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written in English is required; additional languages are an asset but not required.
• Experience working with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds is preferred but not required.
