Project Manager (1700 AED / Month)
We are a construction firm based in Musaffah, United Arab Emirates and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. We are open to considering immigrant candidates for this position.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish, including conception and planning through to completion. The Project Manager will need to oversee teams of subcontractors, estimate costs, monitor progress, coordinate resources and ensure the project meets all quality standards. Additionally, the Project Manager must ensure that projects stay within budget and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of construction techniques, processes and regulations as well as excellent problem solving skills. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as motivate the team members in order to achieve the desired results. Additionally, the Project Managers must possess strong communication skills in order to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
