ConFlip in El-Ain, UAE is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation to closure. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications, and report progress to management.

The role demands independent work with tight deadlines and strong organizational skills within a fast-growing company. You'll be the main liaison between clients and ConFlip, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager in a similar field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
