Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex consulting engagements. You will manage day‑to‑day client interactions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure timely delivery of project milestones, and maintain high standards in output quality. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and interpersonal leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of strategy and advisory projects
  • Develop and manage detailed project work plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams, building trusted relationships
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project governance meetings
  • Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables, aligning with client expectations and firm standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues proactively
  • Track and report project progress, budgets, and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support proposal development, resource planning, and internal capability building initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in project management within consulting or professional services
  • PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certification is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience managing government or public sector transformation projects is highly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of project financials, delivery frameworks, and quality control processes
  • Familiarity with GCC/UAE institutional and regulatory landscape is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
