This role requires onsite work in the UAE for 6-8 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of a CRM social platform project within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
• Drive collaboration between technical and business teams for successful implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to work onsite in the UAE for the duration of the project (6–8 months).
